Our Process

The 'Rolls Royce Treatment'
Client experience is at the height of importance in everything we do. For every service we provide our clients with, we ensure that you receive a thorough, transparent and ultimately perfect experience, each and every time.

How we conduct our services:

Every time you use DSK Details for any service, the process remains the same from start to finish:

Protecting our clients and their prized possessions.

Initial Inspection:

Before we conduct any work on your vehicle, we will thoroughly examine for any pre-existing conditions, such as scratches, dents, rust, imperfections or other 'red flags'. This ensures that both parties are aligned and agreed on the pre-existing condition of the vehicle, and allows us to advise upon any potential risks in the work we have been asked to undertake. Here we can also offer our expert advice and guidance as to how to best treat and/or avoid any potential damage. Most of the time it's pretty routine, but you can never be too careful!

During the Service:

Throughout the physical service, we will document any further findings that weren't previously visible or apparent at the time of initial inspection (it's amazing what you can spot after a good clean!). We will also contact you (the owner) to make you aware immediately. This again allows us to ensure that we are treating every component of your vehicle with the upmost in care and due diligence.

After the Service:

Following completion of any service, you will be provided with a comprehensive checklist to keep for your records. This will give you a breakdown on all of the work that we have carried out and the products used/applied on each component.

Aftercare:

Even after we have left, we are still here to support you with any questions you may have. Whether it be a question about one of the products we have used, or how best to remove a bird dropping that appeared on the car later that day! Once you are a client of ours, we're here for your every need (so long as it's do with automotive advice of course!)
